Social services provider’s open day: Jablonec nad Nisou Care Home and Day Centre

Open Day Home for People with Disabilities, Na Šumavě 15
Tour of the facility and presentation of services.
The newly built “Na Šumavě” Home provides year-round residential social care services to people with intellectual and multiple disabilities who have reduced self-sufficiency due to age or disability, who, for objective reasons, cannot remain in their natural home environment, and whose situation requires regular assistance from another person.
Age range: 11–80 years
In providing this service, we help clients to participate as fully as possible in everyday life within the community and to make use of the available public institutions.
Two registered services are provided at the facility:
Residential care home for people with disabilities (DOZP) with a capacity of 10 beds Respite care service (OS) with a capacity of 2 beds.
On the same day, it is also possible to visit the following existing facilities: The ‘Lesní’ Home and the ‘Erbenova’ Home.
